Wine production process is everyday a new challenge. Facing new markets, taste of custumers and wine fans differs sometimes for a wide range. Wine profilation is actually what can make the difference.
One of the main task in wine production is actually to keep the quality constant during years. Global worming does not help, but we can actually try to reduce this wave that reflects itself inside a glass of wine. Facing different vintages every year make this goal pretty challenging.
